I called around 9 am when we noticed an issue with our garage door. They were able to have a technician out to our home by noon. Jason K. was our technician and was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything fully and answered all our questions. He was very fast and we appreciated all his tips to better maintain our garage door. Thank you again!

Service was very fast, from the time my door went off track, a call for a repair to Arizona’s Best Garage Door and Repair, until it was back and operating was less then 2 hours, on a Friday during rush hour. My technician Jason was very professional and friendly, he showed me pricing before repair as well as suggested other repairs/part replacement he observed after rehanging our door. Not sure what standard pricing is as I did not have time to reacher it. My thought is maybe a bit high with no parts need, but I also know it can be very dangerous to try to do it yourself, so less then hospital bill.????

Reed was great. Was at our house within an hour of the call. We had a broken spring, but it was a builder grade garage door and opener with other items failing. He replaced our drums, cables, springs & wheels in an hours time and recalibrated our garage door opener for the new springs. Highly recommend.

We couldn't be any happier with this company. Our garage door spring broke late Friday afternoon. I called and they were able to have a tech out first thing Saturday morning. Zach, the tech, was fantastic. He clearly quoted us prices, which we felt very reasonable. Zach completed the work and discussed the basic upkeep for the garage door and springs.
